Membership & Billing

  • What is the late cancellation/no-show policy?

    A $10 fee applies for late cancellations and no-shows for small group sessions. Please cancel in advance whenever possible so your spot can be offered to other members.

  • How does billing work?

    You are billed weekly as outlined in your membership agreement. If you have any questions about your billing, reach out to your accountability coach.

  • How do I change my membership?

    You can adjust your session frequency based on your schedule and goals. Changes require a quick conversation with your accountability coach — you can increase or decrease frequency as needed.

  • How do I contact my coach?

    You can reach your coach two ways:


    Wodify App Chat — message your coach directly through the app.


    EA Hotline — call or text +1 (855) 619-1038 for urgent questions.

Training & Programming

  • How does the programming system work?

    Training is structured in 4–6 week blocks. Your coaches track your progress, weights, and modifications throughout each block. All workouts are full-body to make sure you get the most out of every session.

  • What if I travel?

    Fill out the online hold form and let your accountability coach know before you leave. Your coach will send workouts to you so you can stay on track wherever you are.

  • What if I get injuried?

    Notify your coach immediately. We can modify your workouts to keep you safe and moving during recovery. We can also refer you to a physical therapist or other healthcare provider if needed. Rarely does an injury mean stopping workouts entirely.

Nutrition & Progress Tracking

  • Can EA Fitness help with nutrition?

    Yes! You can:


    • Book a 1-on-1 nutrition session with your accountability coach (certified in nutrition).

    • Sign up for one of our nutrition-based workshops.

    • Use Cronometer for nutrition tracking — we've partnered with Cronometer and highly recommend it. Ask your coach to get you set up!

  • How often should I do an Inbody Scan?

    Most members scan every other week to track progress. Others prefer monthly or quarterly depending on their goals. Ask your coach to schedule your next InBody scan anytime.
